    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing keystoneconnect.us or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

    2. Advisory Service Disclaimer

    Keystone Connect is an independent renovation advisory firm. We are not a licensed general contractor. We do not perform construction services and we do not provide engineering, architectural, or legal advice.

    Our role is to introduce homeowners to independent third-party licensed contractors, schedule walkthroughs, and organize bids for side-by-side comparison. Any construction contract is solely between the homeowner and the contractor the homeowner selects.

    We verify CSLB licensing, insurance, and references at the time of vetting. We do not, however, guarantee any third-party contractor's performance, workmanship, pricing, scheduling, or conduct.

    3. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

    Program description. The Keystone Connect SMS program sends appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, missed-call text-backs, follow-ups, review requests, and customer support messages. Messages are sent only to customers who contacted or booked with us via keystoneconnect.us or our forms and who explicitly opted in via a dedicated, unchecked consent checkbox. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

    • Cancellation. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive an SMS confirming your opt-out.
    • Help. Reply HELP, email contact@keystoneconnect.us, or call (323) 310-2544.
    • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
    • Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
    • Program participants must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the TCPA and applicable CTIA guidelines.

    4. Use of the Website

    You agree to use the website lawfully and not to submit false, misleading, or infringing information. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, our advisory services, or any third-party contractor engaged as a result of an introduction.

    6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

    7. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
