    Keystone Connect DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    Keystone Connect ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit keystoneconnect.us, submit an inquiry, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.

    2. Information We Collect

    Name, email address, phone number, project location, project scope and budget, and any details you submit through our forms. We also collect standard log data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and analytics events.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    To respond to your inquiry, coordinate walkthroughs, match you with independent third-party licensed contractors, provide service-related communications (including SMS if you have opted in), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

    4. SMS Messaging & Compliance

    • Opt-in only. You receive text messages from Keystone Connect only after affirmatively opting in via a dedicated, unchecked consent checkbox on our forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
    • Records. We keep timestamped records of your opt-in, the form used, and the specific consent language shown at the time of opt-in.
    • TCPA compliance. Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA guidelines.
    • Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final SMS confirming your opt-out; requests are processed immediately.

    We share your project details and contact information with independent third-party licensed contractors we introduce you to, and with service providers who support our operations (such as email delivery, hosting, CRM, and customer service). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

    6. Data Security & Retention

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. We retain information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law.

    7. California Privacy Rights

    If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
